We began with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you reach me or somebody I'd trust with my own property. We're a family business, so if something isn't right with a unit, that's on us, and we take care of it that same day.
I track every delivery on one board in the office, and each driver reviews it before heading out. When we commit to Tuesday morning, that means Tuesday morning. If anything changes, I reach out to you before you have to reach out to us.
